Hansika Pradeep Motwani was born on 9th August 1991 to Pradeep Motwani, a businessman and Mona Motwani, a dermatologist.
She has completed 12th Grade from Podar International School. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Tulu and Telugu.
A Child Star
Hansika appeared in soaps as Tina in Des Mein Nikkla Hoga Chand, Savri in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhie Bahu Thi and Kareena/Koyal in Hum Dho Hain Na. She featured in Boogie Woogie and Shaka Laka Boom Boom. She was also seen in movies like Koi Mil Gaya (2003) and Escape from Taliban (2003).

2007  Vaishali, a sanyasin was Hansika’s first lead role in the Telugu movie Desamuduru. She won the Best Female Debut Award – Telugu. She went on to star in Aap Ka Suroor, a muck talked about movie that saw the debut of singer Himesh Reshammiya.
2008  Hansika’s first release was a Kannada movie Bindaas opposite Puneet Rajkumar. Kantri, a Telugu movie, was a hit. Money Hai Tho Honey Hai with Govinda was a flop.
2009 Another Telugu movie Meher Ramesh’s Billa will be her next release.

Anushka spits on Akshay’s face

Bollywood News: Bollywood Actress Anushka Sharma seems to be in the happiest phase of her life. The pretty lady is quite satisfied with the way her filmy career and personal life are shaping up. Anushka who started her Bollywood journey with King Khan in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, didn’t leave that great an impression on the audience in Badmaash Company with Shahid Kapoor .
But her last film, Band Baaja Baaraat covered up for all the complaints and past failures and turned out to be the best out of all the films that she has done so far. Anushka who has just completed her film Patiala House with Akshay Kumar is waiting for its release in February. The actress had a great time shooting with the one and only Khiladi, but also admits to have been quite nervous on her first day.
She says, “Working with Akshay Kumar was a dream come true experience. But the first day I reached the shoot, we had a scene where I was told to spit on his face. It was my first day and I was anyway quite nervous and he (Akshay) kept saying ‘thook thook, spit on my face’. That really got me stunned.” Akshay really wanted to bring out the best from his actress, even if it was something as gross as spitting. Anushka says, “Though I was nervous, Akshay made it easy and comfortable and the shot went smoothly.” Akshay has always maintained a good rapport with all the newcomer actresses, so is the beautiful Anushka Sharma going to replace the sexy Kat! Riya Sen (born Riya Dev Varma in Kolkata, India on January 24, 1981) is an Indian film actress and model. Sen, who hails from a family of actors including her grandmother Suchitra Sen, mother Moon Moon Sen and sister Raima Sen, began her acting career in 1991 as a child artiste in the film Vishkanya at the age of 15.
